- 1 tablespoon mustard

- Chopped pickles and tomatoes for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the orzo, beef broth, ketchup, and mustard until well mixed.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish and serve hot.
