Description

Delicious low-carb cheesy sausage balls that are perfect for any occasion, offering a savory taste and satisfying texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 pkg breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the sausage, sharp cheddar, mild cheddar, parmesan, and egg in a large bowl.
  3. Scoop out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the balls about 1 inch apart.
  5. Bake for about 15-18 minutes until slightly browned on top.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
