- 1 pkg breakfast sausage
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the sausage, sharp cheddar, mild cheddar, parmesan, and egg in a large bowl.
- Scoop out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the balls about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for about 15-18 minutes until slightly browned on top.
- Allow to cool before serving.
