- 3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, diced ham, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter and transfer the mixture, smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let sit for 10–15 minutes before serving.
