Description
Delicious and comforting wraps filled with marinated chicken, gooey mozzarella and cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry. Slice them into 1-inch strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and toss to coat. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- Sauté the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- If using, sauté fresh spinach in the same skillet for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
- Lay out tortillas and divide the chicken evenly among them, topping with cheese and spinach.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the tortillas burrito-style.
- Cook wraps seam-side down in a clean skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Let them rest for a minute before slicing. Serve warm with sour cream and cilantro.
Notes
Avoid overloading wraps with filling to prevent spills. Resting the wraps helps maintain the texture.
