- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
