Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, gouda, or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Toss the broccoli florets into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are vibrant green and slightly tender.
