Description

Delicious strawberry bites filled with a creamy cheesecake filling that capture the essence of summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 225 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 60 grams powdered sugar
  • 5 milliliters vanilla extract
  • 30 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional toppings: Chocolate drizzle, crushed nuts, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cool water and dry them with a towel. Hollow out the center of each strawberry.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  3. Fill each hollowed-out strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  4. Dust tops of strawberries with graham cracker crumbs and add optional toppings if desired.
  5. Refrigerate the filled strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving.
