- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 225 grams cream cheese, softened
- 60 grams powdered sugar
- 5 milliliters vanilla extract
- 30 grams graham cracker crumbs
- Optional toppings: Chocolate drizzle, crushed nuts, sprinkles
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cool water and dry them with a towel. Hollow out the center of each strawberry.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
- Fill each hollowed-out strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Dust tops of strawberries with graham cracker crumbs and add optional toppings if desired.
- Refrigerate the filled strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving.
