Description

A delightful casserole that combines flaky crescent rolls with a rich and creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for sharing with family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until creamy.
  4. Spread the filling over the crescent roll layer evenly.
  5. Roll the crescent dough back over the filling to form a log shape.
  6. Drizzle melted butter on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
