- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Using a spatula or your hands, mix until everything is fully incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each one.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
