Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Using a spatula or your hands, mix until everything is fully incorporated.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each one.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
