- 4 cloves Garlic
- Juice from 2 Limes
- 1 tsp Cumin

- 10–12 Corn tortillas
- 4–6 small Tomatillos
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a blender, combine chiles, garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, coat the chicken, and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) with clean grates.
- Grill the chicken: Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Make the tomatillo salsa: Roast tomatillos, onion, and cilantro on the grill until charred (about 5-7 minutes), then blend with a pinch of salt.
- Warm the tortillas: Grill corn tortillas until warm and pliable (about 30 seconds per side).
- Assemble the tacos: Slice grilled chicken, place on tortillas, top with tomatillo salsa, and add any additional toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
