Description

These irresistible bars combine creamy cheesecake, tart Granny Smith apples, and a velvety caramel drizzle, making them a perfect autumn dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar; press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top; swirl gently.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the center is set and slightly jiggles.
  8. Cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
