- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups diced Granny Smith apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar; press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top; swirl gently.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the center is set and slightly jiggles.
- Cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
