- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of fresh mozzarella, diced
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
- 4 ounces of prosciutto, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened butter with the minced garlic until it’s smooth and fragrant.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture over the sliced sides of the Italian bread, ensuring every inch is coated.
- Arrange the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
- Combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the vibrant tomato mixture evenly over the garlic-infused bread.
- Cook the prosciutto in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble it over the topped bread.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and serve immediately.
