- 1 tbsp (15ml) extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Slice cucumber into 1/2-inch thick rounds and pat dry with paper towels.
- Top each cucumber round with: 1 mozzarella ball (or small piece), 1 tomato half, and 1 basil leaf.
- Arrange on serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- For party serving: Secure each stack with a toothpick.
- Serve immediately or chill up to 1 hour before serving.
