Instructions
- Unwrap 20 peppermint disks and place 10 in each mason jar.
- Evenly divide the 750ml of vodka between both mason jars, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Tightly place the lid on each jar and give them a gentle shake.
- Place the jars in your fridge for about five days, or until the peppermint candies have completely dissolved into the vodka.
- After five days, turn the jars upside down for about an hour, then give them a good shake.
- Pour your shimmering Candy Cane Shots into glasses and enjoy!
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Consider crushing the peppermint disks to speed up the infusion process.
