Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and pat them dry.
- In a saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and water over medium heat until the sugar fully dissolves (3-4 minutes).
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cranberries and stir gently to coat. Let soak for about 2 hours.
- Drain cranberries using a fine mesh sieve.
- Roll cranberries in powdered sugar until well coated.
- Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet to dry for about 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week at room temperature or 2 weeks in the fridge. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
