- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
- 8 oz crab meat
- 1 salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package directions (approximately 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in heavy cream. Add minced garlic and Cajun seasoning, stirring until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted into a creamy sauce, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add chopped lobster, crab, and flaked salmon into the sauce, cooking until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the fettuccine into the sauce, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Plate the fettuccine Alfredo and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Fresh seafood gives the best flavor; alternatively, frozen can be used if thawed properly.
