Description

Indulge in a creamy Cajun Lobster, Crab, and Salmon Alfredo that brings together rich flavors and the freshness of seafood.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 1 salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package directions (approximately 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in heavy cream. Add minced garlic and Cajun seasoning, stirring until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted into a creamy sauce, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add chopped lobster, crab, and flaked salmon into the sauce, cooking until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Toss the fettuccine into the sauce, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  6. Plate the fettuccine Alfredo and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Fresh seafood gives the best flavor; alternatively, frozen can be used if thawed properly.
