Description
A comforting twist on classic Italian, this dish combines creamy Alfredo sauce with Cajun spice and succulent lobster and crab.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, typically about 8-10 minutes for a perfect al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of the pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream slowly, stirring continuously. Bring to a simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the lobster and crab meat, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
- Toss in the cooked fettuccine, mixing to coat with sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
To prevent overcooking seafood, add it to the sauce at the very end. This dish is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
