Description

A bold and buttery explosion of flavor, perfect for seafood, steaks, and pasta.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat until fully liquid but not browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for 30 seconds, stirring constantly until fragrant.
  3. Add the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir and let meld for about 30 seconds.
  4. Incorporate the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve immediately over seafood, steak, pasta, or as a dipping sauce.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Reheat gently.
