Description

A flavorful fusion of Cajun spices and creamy mozzarella sauce over spaghetti, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Gradually add mozzarella and parmesan, stirring until melted.
  4. Toss drained spaghetti into the sauce. Slice chicken and nestle on top before serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional cheese if desired.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
