- 1/4 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Prep filling: In a bowl, toss chicken, romaine, Parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Add lemon juice and pepper to taste.
- Assemble wraps: Divide mixture between tortillas, leaving a 2-inch border at the bottom.
- Fold: Fold bottom edge over filling, fold in sides, then roll tightly away from you.
- Serve: Cut diagonally or wrap in parchment paper for easy transport.
