Description

These Cadbury Mini Egg Blondies are soft, chewy, and bursting with creamy chocolate goodness—a perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 20×20 cm (8×8 inch) baking pan.
  2. Chop the Cadbury Mini Eggs into chunks using a rolling pin.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in the microwave until fully melted and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar, then beat until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until creamy.
  6. Add baking powder and salt, then mix in flour until just combined.
  7. Fold in half of the chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs.
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  9. Top with remaining chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs and lightly press into the batter.
  10. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden edges form and a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
