- 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs (chopped)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 20×20 cm (8×8 inch) baking pan.
- Chop the Cadbury Mini Eggs into chunks using a rolling pin.
- Melt the unsalted butter in the microwave until fully melted and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar, then beat until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating until creamy.
- Add baking powder and salt, then mix in flour until just combined.
- Fold in half of the chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Top with remaining chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs and lightly press into the batter.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden edges form and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
