Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the butterscotch pudding mix and milk until no lumps remain. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Gently fold half of the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture carefully to maintain its fluffiness.
- Pour the pudding mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pie.
