Description
A vibrant blue drink made with butterfly pea flowers, customizable with sweeteners and milk types for a refreshing latte.
Ingredients

- 2/3 cup water
- 1 handful butterfly pea flowers (fresh or dried)
- 3/4 cup sweetened milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 glasses of ice
Instructions
- Boil water in a convenient pot or kettle.
- Transfer the water to a cup and soak the butterfly pea flowers for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir gently and press the flowers against the cup to extract more color.
- Strain the blue tea into a glass carafe, discarding the flowers.
- Fill 2 glasses with ice.
- Divide the 3/4 cup of milk equally between the two glasses.
- Pour the butterfly pea tea over the milk and gently stir.
