Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.

- Cool completely on wire racks.
- Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled cookies.
