Ingredients
- Naan bread
- Tomatoes, diced
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Balsamic glaze
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place naan bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush lightly with olive oil.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
- Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the naan.
- Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze once out of the oven.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients and allow them to reach room temperature before assembling. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
