Delightful wraps combining the flavors of bruschetta and pesto, filled with grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, and juicy tomatoes for a quick and tasty meal.
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh basil pesto
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced or mozzarella balls)
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced or sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
- Optional: balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
- Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread a generous layer of basil pesto across the center of each.
- Layer the sliced chicken, mozzarella, and tomatoes down the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from one end to the other. Cut in half if desired.
- Drizzle with extra pesto or balsamic glaze if using, and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, grill chicken to 165°F and make sure not to overcrowd the grill.
