- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in separate bowl. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled cookies.
- Heat cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Drizzle ganache over frosted cookies. Let set before serving.
