Description

A warm and elegant appetizer featuring melty brie cheese and sweet roasted cranberries atop crunchy baguette slices, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup roasted cranberries
  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½ inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle honey over the baguette slices and bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.
  4. In a small saucepan, warm the roasted cranberries with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the brie cheese and place a piece on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Spoon a generous helping of cranberries on top of the brie.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
