- 1 baguette

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the baguette into ½ inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle honey over the baguette slices and bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.
- In a small saucepan, warm the roasted cranberries with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Slice the brie cheese and place a piece on each toasted baguette slice.
- Spoon a generous helping of cranberries on top of the brie.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
