Ingredients

  • Frozen Tater Tots or Frozen French Fries
  • Egg Yolks
  • Lemon Juice
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Unsalted Butter (for scrambled eggs)
  • Large Eggs
  • Crispy Bacon
  • Breakfast Sausage
  • Cheddar Cheese Curds
  • Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425˚F (220˚C).
  2. Bake the tater tots or fries for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Make the hollandaise sauce by whisking egg yolks and lemon juice, then slow-drizzle melted butter while whisking over a double boiler.
  4. Scramble the eggs in a pan with unsalted butter over low heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
