- 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao
- 1/2 cup Sanding Sugar
Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Warm without boiling.
- Heat in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
- Stir in the blue Curacao until fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop out small portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each truffle in sanding sugar until well coated.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate again for 30 minutes.
