Delightful blue-hued truffles made with creamy white chocolate and blue Curacao, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 cup Sanding Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a heatproof bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Warm without boiling.
  2. Heat in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Stir in the blue Curacao until fully combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
  5. Scoop out small portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
  6. Roll each truffle in sanding sugar until well coated.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate again for 30 minutes.
