- 2 cups Bisquick pancake mix
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: Dashes of hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick pancake mix, ground pork, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix until well combined to form a sticky dough.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
