A delicious and versatile Bisquick Breakfast Casserole that’s perfect for holidays, brunch gatherings, or a comforting breakfast any day.

- 1 lb breakfast sausage or bacon/ham
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or melted butter.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbly, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Bisquick mix, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Spread the cooked sausage evenly in the bottom of your greased baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese and your choice of bell peppers and onions. Pour the Bisquick mixture evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set, and the top is golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
