  • 1 packet (2.75 oz) sausage gravy mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and press the buttermilk biscuits evenly into the bottom.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage, breaking it into small pieces for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Drain excess grease, then layer the sausage evenly over the biscuit crust.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour it over the sausage layer and sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top.
