Instructions

- Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Spread batter evenly over fruit in pan.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes, then invert onto serving plate.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
