- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente; drain.
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute to make roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
