  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente; drain.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute to make roux.
