- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 1 cup Chicken Broth (organic, low-sodium)
- 1 Onion, chopped (Vidalia or sweet onion)
- 1 Apple, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Pork: Rub the pork roast all over with olive oil, then massage in minced garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Set the Base: In a roasting pan, scatter the chopped onion and optional apple slices.
- The Perfect Placement: Place the seasoned pork roast on top of the onions and apples.
- Add the Broth: Pour the chicken broth into the pan.
- Roast Away: Slide the roasting pan into your preheated oven and let it roast for 90-120 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Rest Before Serving: Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm with the pan juices drizzled over the top.
