  • 1 Apple, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Pork: Rub the pork roast all over with olive oil, then massage in minced garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
