Instructions
- Make crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill for 15 mins.
- Prepare filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Assemble: Spread filling over chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Add berries: Arrange mixed berries over the cream layer. For a glaze, warm berry jam with lemon juice, strain, and drizzle over berries.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before slicing.
Notes
