For Salmon:
4 (6oz) salmon fillets, skin-on
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
For Bang Bang Sauce:
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp lime juice
For Garnish:
Thinly sliced green onions
Sesame seeds
Lime wedges
Instructions
Prep salmon: Pat fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
Make sauce: Whisk all sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Sear salmon: Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high. Add salmon skin-side down; cook 4-5 minutes until crispy. Flip, add butter, and cook 3-4 more minutes until 145°F internally.
Sauce: Remove from heat. Brush each fillet generously with sauce.
Broil (optional): For caramelized sauce, broil 1-2 minutes.
Serve: Drizzle with extra sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges.
