  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • For Bang Bang Sauce:
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • For Garnish:
  • Thinly sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Prep salmon: Pat fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Make sauce: Whisk all sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Sear salmon: Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high. Add salmon skin-side down; cook 4-5 minutes until crispy. Flip, add butter, and cook 3-4 more minutes until 145°F internally.
  4. Sauce: Remove from heat. Brush each fillet generously with sauce.
  5. Broil (optional): For caramelized sauce, broil 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve: Drizzle with extra sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges.
