Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth to create the bang bang sauce.
- Coat the salmon pieces with half of the bang bang sauce.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Drizzle the remaining bang bang sauce over the cooked bites before serving.
Notes
For best results, ensure salmon is at room temperature before cooking. Adjust the amount of sriracha for desired spice level.
