Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Fresh raspberries (for the hats)
  • Miniature dark chocolate chips (for eyes and buttons)
  • Dried mango (for the noses)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Cut the mango: Slice the dried mango into small triangles for the noses.
  3. Slice the bananas: Peel and slice the bananas into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
  4. Assemble the snowmen: For each skewer, place three banana slices stacked from largest to smallest.
  5. Melt the chocolate: Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or a double boiler.
  6. Dip the snowmen: Dip the banana stack into melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
