- 4 cups Rice Krispie cereal
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: sliced bananas and whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat until fully melted.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in banana pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in Rice Krispie cereal until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to greased 9×13 inch pan and press evenly without compacting too firmly.
- Cool completely for at least 30 minutes (or refrigerate to speed setting).
- Cut into squares and serve with optional banana slices and whipped cream.
Notes
- Use room temperature butter for easier melting.
- Don’t overcook marshmallows to prevent hard treats.
- Grease pan well or use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
