Description

A delicious fusion of classic Rice Krispie treats and banana pudding, creating chewy, creamy bars with nostalgic flavor. These easy-to-make treats combine crispy cereal with banana pudding-infused marshmallow for a perfect sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: sliced bananas and whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat until fully melted.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in banana pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in Rice Krispie cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer mixture to greased 9×13 inch pan and press evenly without compacting too firmly.
  6. Cool completely for at least 30 minutes (or refrigerate to speed setting).
  7. Cut into squares and serve with optional banana slices and whipped cream.
