Description

A scrumptious twist on classic banana pudding and cheesecake, these creamy squares are perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the mashed bananas, sour cream, flour, and milk until smooth.
  6. Pour the banana cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
  9. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
