- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the mashed bananas, sour cream, flour, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the banana cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
