Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare muffin tin with liners
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
  3. In separate bowl, mix mashed bananas, egg, vanilla, sugar, melted butter, and sour cream
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined
  5. Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups
  6. Make crumb topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cutting in cold butter
  7. Sprinkle topping generously over each muffin
