- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a medium-sized bowl until smooth.
- Mix the chia seeds, almond milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine the mashed bananas into the chia mixture until well integrated.
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- Stir the mixture again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
