- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×11 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the mashed bananas, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 32-37 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and butter, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until fluffy.
- Once the cake is cooled, frost it with the cream cheese frosting and serve.
