Description

A delightful dessert combining the natural sweetness of baked pears with creamy feta, honey, and tangy cranberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe pears (Bartlett or Bosc)
  • 75 grams crumbled feta cheese
  • 30 milliliters olive oil or melted butter
  • 30 grams dried cranberries
  • 30 milliliters honey
  • 1 gram ground cinnamon
  • Fresh thyme leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Brush pear halves with olive oil or melted butter.
  4. Arrange cut-side up in the baking dish and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until tender but not mushy.
  6. Remove from the oven and top each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
  7. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme leaves, if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
