Description

Delicious baked potato wedges that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, flavored with garlic and parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (russet or Yukon gold)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into 1-inch thick wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For crispier wedges, soak in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
