- 4 large potatoes (russet or Yukon gold)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into 1-inch thick wedges.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For crispier wedges, soak in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
