Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
