Description

Baked French Toast Muffins combine the classic flavors of French toast in a fun, easy-to-eat muffin format. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!


Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread (cubed)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Butter or cooking spray (for greasing muffin pan)
  • Optional toppings: Fresh fruits, nuts, or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed bread to the mixture and gently stir until fully coated.
  4. Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the mixture.
  5. Add any desired toppings.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin and serving warm.
