- 6 slices of bread (cubed)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Butter or cooking spray (for greasing muffin pan)
- Optional toppings: Fresh fruits, nuts, or maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread to the mixture and gently stir until fully coated.
- Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the mixture.
- Add any desired toppings.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin and serving warm.
Notes
